Service Description

This class is open to everyone who’s ready to lift! We’ll dedicate this hour to practising and perfecting our deadlifts, an essential movement for building full-body strength. We will warm up and be preparing your body to lift safely. Then we’ll push ourselves on Deadlifts before we work through a range of strong, varied movements. Deadlifts are one of the most powerful exercises you can do. Here’s why: Total Body Strength: Deadlifts work multiple muscle groups. Improved Posture: They strengthen the muscles responsible for maintaining good posture, reducing the risk of back pain. Functional Fitness: Deadlifts mimic everyday movements, helping you build strength that translates into daily life. Increased Power and Performance: The explosive power from deadlifts can enhance athletic performance and overall fitness. Every class is designed to target the whole body while focusing on common areas of weakness. Expect variety in each session—no two classes are the same!
