​Refund & Cancellation Policy
We value your commitment and ask that you respect the time, planning, and preparation that goes into each service and event.
Please take a moment to read the following before booking.
Coaching & Massage Treatments
All payments are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.

Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited

No refund or replacement will be offered for late cancellations
Hikes, Retreats & Events
All bookings for hikes, retreats, and events are non-refundable.

A deposit is required to secure your place

The remaining balance must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the event

Cancellations made within 8 weeks of the event are not eligible for a refund or transfer

Deposits and all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances
In the Event of Cancellation
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session, retreat, or event, a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date will be offered.
Agreement
By booking any service, session, or event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
