Service Description
Join Our Running Club! This about 45-minute session is perfect for runners of all levels. You’ll run at your own pace with guidance throughout the session. If you're an experienced runner, there will be additional working sets to ensure you get the most out of your run. We meet by the studio and head out together. Running outdoors in a small group offers several benefits: Motivation and Support: Running with others helps keep you motivated and accountable. Improved Mental Well-being: Fresh air and group camaraderie can reduce stress and boost your mood. Enhanced Performance: Running with a group can push you to go further and faster than you would on your own. Best of all, the class fee supports our community organization, Lift & Empower CIC, which helps people access services and projects that promote both mental and physical resilience. Disclaimer: By participating in this class, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk and voluntarily. Always listen to your body—if you experience pain, do not push through it. For those new to exercising, take your time, understand your body’s limits, and move at your own pace. We're all on our own journey, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. Feel free to reach out with any questions before or after class! Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will not be refunded.
