Service Description
This class is designed specifically for teenagers who want to build strength, confidence, and resilience. Using a mix of bodyweight exercises and weight training, we focus on developing proper technique, improving overall fitness, and building a strong foundation for lifelong health. Strength training for teens offers incredible benefits, including: Building Confidence & Resilience: Strength training helps develop self-discipline and a sense of achievement. Improving Athletic Performance: A strong body supports better performance in sports and daily activities. Supporting Mental Well-being: Exercise releases endorphins, reducing stress and improving mood. Encouraging Healthy Habits: Learning the right techniques early sets the foundation for a healthy, active lifestyle. All exercises are adapted to individual fitness levels, and safety is always a priority. Disclaimer: Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
