6am Deadlifts for breakfast! :P 1 Hour of lifting weights.
Service Description
This class is for everyone as long fit to exercise. :) We Practice our deadlifts in this hour. The first half is mainly warming up and getting ready to lift. The second part we move strong as well but in a variety of movements. I always try to target the whole body! And focus on the general public's weaknesses. Expect a lot of variation in each class. Not one class is like another. You take part on this class at your own risk and do the exercises voluntary. If you ever feel pain don't work through it. If you are newly to exercising get to know your body and take your time. we all move at our own speed and ability. I am always there to support so make sure you message me if you have any questions before or after a class.
