Service Description

Let yourself guide by Claire trough a yoga flow. This is for everyone beginners as well as for those that are familiar with it. What a way to end the day! You take part on this class at your own risk and do the exercises voluntary. If you ever feel pain don't work through it. If you are newly to exercising get to know your body and take your time. we all move at our own speed and ability. I am always there to support so make sure you message me if you have any questions before or after a class.
