Service Description

This Bootcamp is a fun and challenging circuit workout that combines strength and cardiovascular exercises, with and without equipment. Everyone works at their own pace, moving as much as they can within the set time. I’m here to push you a little further when you're ready but always remember—one rep at a time is perfectly fine. Every exercise can be adapted to suit your individual needs. Please make sure to wear appropriate clothing and bring a drink for hydration. If you’re joining for the first time, please contact me to complete a health check form beforehandDisclaimer: By participating in this class, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk and voluntarily. Always listen to your body—if you experience pain, do not push through it. For those new to exercising, take your time, understand your body’s limits, and move at your own pace.
